What times are services?
We are a dual parish, and service times are on a rotating basis changing monthly. For the month of July, services are held at 9 AM at Trinity and 10:30 AM at West Lake Johanna.

Where are you located?
Trinity Lutheran Church is located at 141 Pleasant Ave. S. in Brooten, MN. West Lake Johanna Lutheran Church is located at 31039 State Highway 104 near Brooten, MN. Both churches have maps located on our Contact Us page. Please note that currently Google Maps (and possibly other map sites) show West Lake Johanna's location slightly south of it's actual location.

Is there a dress code?
No! We believe that there is no right or wrong way to dress for church*. All that matters is what is on the inside. You can come very casual or very formal, and it doesn't matter!

*OK, we do expect you wear a shirt, some sort of pants, and shoes. But that's it! :)

Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts. (Colossians 3:16)

What kind of music is played?
We play traditional hymns, as our services are traditional. Contemporary services are held occasionally, where more contemporary music is sung.

What do I do with my child?
They are welcome to join in the service along with the rest of the congregation! We do not offer a nursery, however.

What if I want to join?
First off, welcome to our church! Please talk to the pastor to get more information on how to join. We welcome you with open arms to our church community!
